Booking and Payment

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Full payment is required before or upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our Services, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the area free of charge. Refunds are at our discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide access to the property and ensure that all necessary utilities (electricity, water) are available.
Clients must ensure the property is free from hazards and inform us of any special cleaning instructions or requirements.
Limitations of Liability
We aim to provide the highest quality cleaning services, but we are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the provision of our Services, except where such damage or loss is caused by our negligence.
Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
